Inventory Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy at the lot level. 
  • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock. 
  • Tasks: Work Order creation, Inventory adjustments, Inventory Reporting.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts, Review documentation and monitor codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
  • Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure inventory levels are to par. 
  • Manage the allocation of inventory.
  • Work with Procurement to ensure the correct product codes are placed in the correct transactions, resulting in accurate purchase orders and builds

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in managing logistics and inventory for multiple locations.
  • Proficient with computers and other standard office technology – Word & Excel.
  • Superior organizational and communication skills
  • Strong experience with ERP systems.
  • Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing priorities as the business grows and evolves
  • Able to think critically and take the initiative to provide analysis that drives action
